Eroticism in later life is, on the whole, a taboo subject, and stigma attached to expressions of sexual intent by older people is widespread most cultures. However, sexuality eroticism have an important role play maintaining healthy ageing. Sexuality essential aspect our biology its effects repercussions systems organs other than sexual. In this paper I review importance developing sexual-erotic element life, that intimately coupled with phenomenon hormesis. hormesis, there biological benefit following exposure mild stimulus or challenge, whereas higher dose same becomes detrimental. Innovative stimulation can be seen as hormetic opportunity initiate beneficial entire ageing human organism. The intention show that, health benefits may obtained not only through physical (exercise), nutritional, mental pharmacological challenges, but also appropriate magnitude quality.
